Prices are excluding VAT. French VAT is added for customers in France; customers elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT number are reverse charged.
What the meter counts
A rescued message is one Nabvia decided was worth someone's attention and sent a notification about. Everything Nabvia looked at and discarded is free, and so is everything it never received.
Billing questions
When does the first invoice arrive?
At the first rescued message, or at the end of the trial if a rescue happened during it. Not at signup.
What happens if I go over my monthly allowance?
Nabvia keeps rescuing and tells you. Overage is billed at the plan's per-message rate on the next invoice; nothing is dropped because you crossed a line mid-month.
Do discarded messages count?
No. Spam, newsletters and cold outreach that Nabvia decides are not worth rescuing are never metered.
Can I change plan mid-month?
Yes, in both directions. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated; a downgrade takes effect at the next renewal.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch Nabvia's systems.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No minimum term on the monthly plans. An annual plan runs for the year you bought and renews unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Do you charge per user?
No. Add every mailbox in the company as a notification recipient on the plans that allow it; the price does not move.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Rescued messages are deleted at the end of the retention window in your plan, and everything is purged from backups within the backup window stated on the security page.
